Antarctica/Patagonia  - definitely offline

If something comes up, here is when Diana will be reachable by text/whatsApp (e..g not on the boat)

Feb 2-7 and Feb 16- March 4. 

Diana will only be checking once a day when she has access to wifi.

Feb 7-17 they will be on the boat without wifi and limited to occasional whatsApp messages (200 MB a day), Diana hears that coverage via satellite is not guaranteed.
