Hi All:

Our meeting is confirmed for 2:30-3:30 at my house, 463 2nd St E. We will be outside in back.  If anyone ends up getting exposed to Covid, we will move it to Zoom.

Sharon, I know you have meetings, please join when you can. 

I’ve attached a doc with two sample letters to email out to ask for meetings.  One is for those who know us and have donated to Cat1.  The other is for those new to Catalyst.  Feel free to tweak and personalize these as needed. 

I have four letters out and have already received two enthusiastic “yes” responses.  That’s gotten me very excited for this process! 

At the meeting we will prioritize our leads and go over the tracking process with Barbara.  I will also provide you with the materials you can use to send out with the email, or bring as a “leave behind.”  You have seen these before, but I am updating them a bit.  We will also talk briefly about how to capture pertinent donor info in our database.  Barbara can enter this for us as long as we write it down, or we can enter it ourselves. 

Please review the attached “Ask List” so you know who you are targeting.  Add more if you wish!
